Concentrated soothing serum with a proprietary postbiotic complex, oat ceramides, and hydrating ingredients for irritated and reactive skin. It is ideal as the first step in your skincare routine during periods of acute irritation or sudden loss of skin comfort, including skin prone to eczema and atopy.
The light emulsion texture helps to soothe and hydrate the skin while supporting its natural protective barrier. The serum is suitable not only for eczematous skin but also for a wider group of people with very dry, reddened, or temporarily stressed skin.
When the skin needs rapid soothing
Reactive skin can respond to external and internal stimuli with feelings of tightness, dryness, increased sensitivity, redness, or overall discomfort. During such periods, it needs gentle, targeted care that does not burden it unnecessarily while simultaneously supporting its natural protective mechanisms.
DERMA CALM SERUM combines our proprietary postbiotic complex with oat ceramides, squalane, panthenol, allantoin, bisabolol, and other nourishing and hydrating substances.
The serum is intended primarily for care during periods of acute irritation. However, it can also be used long-term or repeatedly whenever the skin loses its natural comfort and balance.

Main active ingredients
Postbiotic complex
An original postbiotic complex developed in the Czech Republic, which forms the foundation of the entire DERMA line. It contains carefully selected fermentation filtrates of the microorganisms Staphylococcus hominis and Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, which help create suitable conditions for healthy, calm-looking skin. Postbiotic components do not contain live bacteria, but rather biologically active fermentation products suitable for cosmetic care of reactive and stressed skin.
Oat ceramides and oat components
Oat ceramides, lipids, and other components derived from oats are particularly suitable for the care of dry and reactive skin prone to unpleasant sensations.
Soothing complex
Allantoin, panthenol, bisabolol, betaine, licorice extract, and Boswellia resin complement the soothing character of the formula.
Squalane and protective lipids
Squalane and other light emollients help soften and reduce the unpleasant feeling of dryness. The skin remains supple and pleasantly treated after application.
Complex of hydrating substances
Glycerin, propanediol, xylitol, saccharide isomerate, sodium lactate, sodium PCA, and hyaluronic acid contribute to reducing feelings of tightness and increasing overall skin comfort.
How to use
Apply a small amount of the serum twice daily for at least 5 days to clean skin and gently spread.
During periods of increased reactivity or acute irritation, use the serum as the first step of your skincare routine. Once absorbed, we recommend applying DERMA BARRIER CREAM as a follow-up barrier treatment. After the acute irritation subsides, the serum can be used further according to individual skin needs.
