The lady most likely has a pear-shaped figure, when the treatment should be as follows:

Nutritional intervention – based on a nutritional analysis of the menu. Mostly we find a lack of protein in the diet.

Activation of the lymphatic system must be done daily - this is basic self-treatment or loosening of lymphatic drainage. For this activation, special lymphatic drainage leggings are important, which the lady should wear every day.

We do not recommend combining these preparations in the long term, as the intake of the main active ingredient could be greater than the dose allowed for dietary supplements in the EU - for the root of the flatworm (Cimicifuga racemos, a maximum daily intake of 40 mg of the root (or 10 mg of extract 1:4) is allowed) - which is exactly what our product contains. Merilin would add another 20mg intake to that. On the other hand - in the US there are a number of products that deliver up to 200mg daily intake for bedbugs. So in the US it would not be a problem to combine it.

Intestinal nausea sometimes occurs when using chlorella, it is a common symptom when using a higher amount than your body needs. It is necessary to strictly adhere to the RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Initial dose: 2-3 tablets 1x a day for 1 week. Maintenance dose: 6 tablets per day, children under 12 years 2-3 tablets per day. The preparation is suitable to be used as a monthly treatment, preferably at the same time as a meal or 20-30 min. before meals. Start with 2-3 tablets the first week and only when there are no digestive problems, you can increase the dose gradually. Or it is possible to stay at a lower dose. Each person has a different digestion, burning and even weight. A 100 kg man needs a different dose than a 50 kg woman.

Our products are commonly used by pregnant women without any complications, as well as small children.
