The NEOBOTANICS® brand was created on the basis of scientific research into natural bioactive substances, led by Doc. Prof. Ing. Petr Kaštánek, PhD., in cooperation with major Czech scientific institutions and top doctors.
Research, development and production take place under the strictest conditions in the laboratories of our parent company BIOCEN laboratories and in the Science and Technology Park of the Applied Research Center Dobříš (CAVD) in the midst of the beautiful landscape of the Brdy Forests.
Doc. Prof. Ing. Petr Kaštánek, PhD., the owner of the company, is a Czech scientist who specializes in the entire chain of research and use of natural bioactive substances. As part of the research projects he manages, new medicinal products based on active substances from hemp are developed for the treatment of inflammation, skin injuries and surgical wounds in the form of innovative nanoparticles or new active substances for cosmetics. Holder of the patent council and awards, e.g. Visionary 2016.

Harmony of traditional healing and modern science and research
The development and production of products is carried out under the leadership of a leading Czech expert on bioactive substances, doc. Ing. Petr Kaštánek, PhD. based on a combination of knowledge of traditional natural healing practices and current scientific research carried out in state-supported research projects. We return to our roots - to the use of ecologically produced traditional and forgotten local herbs with the potential for use in dermatology, cosmetics and nutrition to produce our preparations.
Bioactive, highly usable ingredients
In our herbal dietary supplements and cosmetics, we use carefully prepared bioactive extracts. Where necessary for the organism's usability, we use bioactive substances formulated into highly absorbable liposomes, prepared using our own developed and patented NEOMICELLE TM and NeoCellTech TM processes.
Efficiency
Our products are based on a synergistic combination of active ingredients obtained by gentle extraction from plants and microalgae, often those that occur in extreme environments. This extreme origin is one of the reasons for their high effectiveness. Another is that we consistently use only standardized raw materials, where a high content of active ingredients is proven. We are only satisfied when our products are extreme: extremely effective.
Highest standards
There are large differences in the quality of natural, especially herbal active ingredients. The weather, growth and harvest during cultivation play a role here. NEOBOTANICS ® uses exclusively standardized raw materials. This means that the main active ingredient of the raw material must have the same controlled concentration and quality at all times.

Sustainable and ethical product
We have ABCert certification as a producer of organic food, in a number of products we use raw materials certified as VEGAN, RAW, BIO. When processing raw materials, we use gentle methods of green chemistry and apply internal principles of circular economy, using and recycling the maximum of raw material components. We have this experience thanks to the participation of our experts in the prestigious research centers BIOCIRTECH and BIORAF. Our company is family-owned, with a tradition of research in the field of natural substances in the second generation of academic staff.
Support for local producers
In production, herbs from our own eco-production and from proven Czech family farms are used, with strict quality and active ingredient content controls. In recent years, we have established research and production areas for a number of often forgotten traditional Czech herbs. For others, we use herbs from natural sources or from carefully selected growers and suppliers.
Vegetable capsules, suitable for vegans
In our products, we use, where technically possible, vegetable cellulose capsules, suitable for vegans, instead of cheaper gelatin capsules. We also avoid the tablet form, which is cheaper to produce, but uses a number of additives, such as amorphous silicon dioxide or magnesium stearate. We only use tablets when it is possible to produce them without these additives, as is the case with BIO PURE CHLORELLA or BIO SPIRULINA.
Free from GMO substances and ionizing radiation treatment
We consider genetically modified substances unsuitable for the production of food supplements and cosmetics and do not use them in our products. We also avoid treating raw materials with ionizing radiation, which can damage biologically active substances and deactivate enzymes.
Not tested on animals
When developing our cosmetic products, we use modern methods of testing substances in "in-vitro" tests; we never test on animals.
NO to unnecessary chemicals
In our dietary supplements, we minimize the use of unnecessary chemical additives such as artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors, and preservatives. These substances simplify production or extend the shelf life of products, but at the cost of ingesting substances that are unnatural for the body.
Certification and quality control
We manufacture cosmetics and dietary supplements while strictly adhering to good manufacturing practices and a carefully set critical control point system (HACCP). In our state-of-the-art laboratories, we manufacture products in both conventional and organic quality.
We select high-quality raw materials that meet our criteria of high standardized content of active ingredients and clear origin. During the process, we then control the entire production process. The result is safe, high-quality products that we assess for placing on the EU market. We control the quality of the products in our own operational laboratories and in external certified laboratories.

IRIS & 20% NIACINAMIDE AMPULLE SERUM, 30 ml
Bioactive highly concentrated aqueous serum with iris extracts with niacinamide and bioactive peptides for skin renewal with broad anti-acne and anti-aging effects. Thanks to its unique formula, it brings a comprehensive solution for problematic skin with enlarged pores, acne, loss of brightness and elasticity, fine wrinkles and uneven skin tone (hyperpigmentation).
Special composition developed by Doc. Ing. Petr Kaštánek, Ph.D. , director of BIOCEN laboratories and founder of the NEOBOTANICS brand ™ , combines growth factor TGF-β2 factor ( Reneseed ™) and main natural ingredient – NeoActine ™ IRIS (extract from three varieties of irises) with other bioactive substances:

Main active ingredients:
Niacinamide – an effective form of vitamin B3, a multifunctional substance that improves the appearance, texture and brightness of the skin. It tightens and minimizes enlarged pores and reduces sebum production.
NeoActine IRIS (extract from three varieties of iris) – has an antioxidant effect and helps suppress the growth of the bacteria Cutibacterium acnes, associated with the development of acne on the skin.
Reneseed ™ Peptide (Nicotiana Benthamiana Hexapeptide-40 sh-Polypeptide-76) – contains growth factor TGF-β2 , a protein naturally occurring in the body that plays a key role in skin regeneration – it supports collagen production, improves skin firmness and elasticity and helps maintain its youthful appearance. In this product, TGF-β2 is obtained using modern biotechnology from the Australian plant Nicotiana benthamiana. It exhibits activity similar to retinol and retinoic acid, increases collagen production in the skin, smoothes wrinkles, brightens the skin, increases firmness and elasticity, more effectively minimizes pore size and increases hydration. After 28 days of use, the number of wrinkles was reduced by up to 42%, the depth of wrinkles by up to 37%, pores were reduced by up to 44% and the skin was brightened by up to 42%. [1]
HyRetin ™ (Retinol Sodium Hyaluronate) – is an ester of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid and retinoic acid with anti-aging effects that can safely penetrate deep into the skin without irritating it. In a study [2] , it demonstrated a 36% reduction in wrinkle depth, a 36% reduction in sebum production, a 25% reduction in pore size and a 43% improvement in texture after 4 weeks. In a study [3] on women with problematic skin, it demonstrated a reduction in the number and size of pimples.
Arctalis ™ (Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract) – an active ingredient obtained by fermentation of the microorganism pseudoalteromonas from deep cold seas. It has excellent firming and wrinkle-smoothing effects, restoring hydration and a naturally radiant appearance to the skin while protecting it from digital pollution (blue light). A study [4] has shown an increase in skin hydration of up to 150% in 7 days, a reduction in wrinkles of up to 67%, a reduction in wrinkles around the eyes of up to 52% and an increase in skin firmness and elasticity of up to 71% in 28 days.
BB-BIONT ™ (Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4) – BB-BIONT™ protects the skin microbiome. It works against skin dysbiosis and helps achieve smooth, healthy and flawless skin. It visibly reduces surface irregularities and improves the appearance of acne scars after just one month of use [5] .
Propolis extract – effective soothing and antimicrobial effect.
Asian nightshade extract – supports collagen synthesis and has antioxidant effects.

USE and APPLICATION Neobotanics Beauty skin serums
A) TESTING PHASE – individual testing of serums (without combinations):
1. Cleansing the skin (makeup removing oil/milk/foam)
2. Skin toning (toner)
3. SERUM – apply a few drops and let dry , 1-2 times a day, preferably in the morning and evening
4. Cream/skin oil
In the testing phase, we recommend trying each serum alone for 2-3 days, i.e. not combining it with other serums.
The serum can be applied 1-2 times a day, preferably in the morning and evening.
B) REGULAR APPLICATION – combination of serums:
1. Cleansing the skin (makeup removing oil/milk/foam)
2. Skin toning (toner)
3. SERUM #1 - apply a few drops of water-based serum (#1) and let dry
4. SERUM #2 - apply a few drops of oil serum (#2) and let dry
5. Cream/skin oil
Drying time: water-based serum (#1) approx. 10 seconds, oil-based serum (#2) a little longer, approx. 30-60 seconds.
With regular application, serums can be combined, namely any water-based (#1) and oil-based serum (#2) , according to the current needs of the skin, see serum combinations.

Quantity: only a few drops are needed, the serums are very concentrated. We recommend 1 drop on each cheek, another on the chin, nose and forehead, i.e. a total of about 5 drops.
How often to apply: 1-2 times a day , always in the evening, preferably in the morning and evening.
Notice:
We do not recommend layering the same type of serum twice = do not apply two water-based serums (#1 and #1) or two oil-based serums (#2 and #2) on top of each other. That is why the bottles are marked #1 and #2.
Using two of the same types of serums at the same time could disrupt the synergistic effect of the active ingredients or cause skin irritation due to an unnecessarily high amount of active ingredients.
