Long-term use:
The speed of onset of effects and the action of phytopreparations is individual for each woman, in general, effects can be expected within about 3-5 weeks. It is advisable to take the capsules during meals, or shortly before or after meals, in order to increase the absorbability of the active ingredients. Always take the capsules with sufficient water. In order for herbal preparations to be as effective as possible, it is important to take them regularly and consistently, so we recommend starting with regular use for about 2-3 months. If the symptoms do not subside, it is advisable to consult your doctor. After this initial period, it is possible to switch to dosage, when taking the capsules is always interrupted for 1 week after the end of menstruation. For many women, use can be further reduced by starting to take the capsules a few days before the expected start of PMS and then during the entire PMS period and then discontinued until the next cycle.
Cellulose capsules contain only a mixture of active ingredients, without fillers or other additives.
