Usage:
The daily dose is 3 capsules once a day. The maximum effect occurs after 2 weeks of regular use. With long-term use, the dose can be reduced to 1 capsule 1-2 times a day.
We recommend long-term regular use initially. The speed of onset of effects and the action of phytopreparations is individual for each individual, generally effects can be expected within approximately 3-5 weeks.
It is advisable to take the capsules during meals, or shortly before or after meals, to increase the absorption of the active ingredients. Always take the capsules with sufficient water. In order for herbal preparations to be as effective as possible, it is important to take them regularly and consistently, so we recommend starting with regular use for about 2-3 months.
Cellulose vegan capsules contain only a mixture of active ingredients, without fillers or other additives.
