MENZES - COMFORT: dietary supplement with herbal extracts for menstruating women. 60 capsules. Hellebores, contryhella, drumstick, moss, willowherb and magnolia provide (pre-) menstrual comfort. Sage contributes to hormonal balance, women's health and for (pre) menstrual comfort. Doplněk užívám druhý měsíc. První měsíc proběhlo čištění těla. PMS mělo slabší projevy,cyklus mám pravidelný,menstruace začala ihned silně, předtím býval delší rozjezd. Budu užívat dál.

Doporučujeme zpočátku dlouhodobější pravidelné užívání, 1 kapsle 2x denně, ideálně ráno a večer, popř. s odstupem min 5-6 hodin. Rychlost nástupu účinků i působení fytopreparátů je individuální u každé ženy, obecně se dají účinky očekávat v rozmezí cca 3-5 týdnů.

Kapsle je vhodné užívat během jídla, popř. chvíli před nebo po jídle, aby se zvýšila vstřebatelnost účinných látek. Kapsle vždy zapít dostatečným množstvím vody. Aby byly bylinné preparáty co nejúčinnější, je důležité je užívat pravidelně a konzistentně, doporučujeme proto začít pravidelným užíváním po dobu cca 2-3 měsíců. V případě, že příznaky neustupují, je vhodné se poradit se svým lékařem.

Po tomto úvodním období je možné přejít na dávkování, kdy se užívání kapslí vždy po odeznění menstruace na 1 týden přeruší.
U řady žen je užívání možné dále snížit tak, že se kapsle začnou užívat několik dní před očekávaným začátkem PMS a následně během celého období PMS a poté se do dalšího cyklu vysadí.
