Cheesecake with green barley
Prepare a tasty cheesecake with young green barley powder and enrich the tasty snack with a source of vitality.
The powder made from young sprouts of green BIO barley is intended for the preparation of a green drink or food enrichment. To prepare a tasty cheesecake you need:
9 g (3 teaspoons) NEOBOTANICS® GREEN BARLEY ORGANIC
500 g of fatty cottage cheese
200 g Ricotta
50 g of white chocolate
80 g cane sugar
2 egg yolks
50 g gelatin stiffener
2 pieces of lime
150 g of butter biscuits
60 g of butter
Method:
First, we prepare the corpus. Crush the cookies finely with a rolling pin or in a blender, add melted butter and create a stiffer mass. Line the bottom of the cake tin with baking paper. Spread the mass evenly over the entire surface of the bottom. Cool in the fridge for 20 min. Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the juice of 2 limes, the zest of 1 lime, cottage cheese, Ricotta, melted, cooled chocolate and finally the Green Barley and gelatine stiffener. Spread the cream into the cake tin and smooth it out. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, we can sprinkle Green Barley over the entire surface.
